All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods we will contact you to advise of the expected  delivery date and give you the option to cancel your order.


Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver to Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post.

When will I receive my order?

Your goods will be dispatched within two working days of receipt of payment.

Regular Parcel Post items generally take between 3 to 10 business days depending on your location. Most of our parcel post items reach their destination within this time frame, some however take a little longer when Australia Post's workload is high.

Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 15 business days from placing your order. 


How much is postage? 

Postage can be calculated in the shopping cart. For a postage estimate place the products you would like to order into your cart and then enter your postcode and click estimate. 


Can I pick up my order? 

Yes. When in the checkout choose pick up as your delivery option. You can collect your order from our warehouse. Please note that our warehouse is based in Perth, Western Australia and is not a retail store. 


Can I track my order?

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account via the my account link.


I haven’t received a confirmation email

You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not receive this email please check the junk folder of your email inbox. Alternatively you can login to your account and view your account history. 


Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within Australia and New Zealand. If you are in another country please visit to find your nearest supplier.


Can I change the delivery address after my order has been place?

Please contact us immediately as we often ship orders the day they are placed. Contact us with your order number via email sales(at) or on 0447 688 881.


My order has’t arrived yet, what do I do?

If your order still hasn’t arrived 15 days after you placed the order please open a dispute through your account.
